Sign up free
Go to suresign.si and create an account. You can sign in with Google, GitHub, or Microsoft, or use an email address and password. You can also sign in with a magic link sent to your email.
2
Describe the agreement
In the agent chat, type what you need. For example: “Mutual NDA with Northwind Studio, two years, New York law.” The agent drafts the text beside the chat and places signature boxes for each person.
3
Review the draft
Read the draft that appears. Check the signer names and order. If something is wrong, type “Ask for a change…” and tell the agent what to fix.
4
Review and send
When you are happy, click the Review and send card. The agent prepares the document but does not send it until you press the button. Every send waits for your click.
5
Track and collect
Watch on your dashboard as people open and sign. Send reminders or ask the agent who still needs to sign. When the last person finishes, a sealed PDF and certificate come to everyone on the document.
What happens next
After you send, here is what unfolds:- Signers get an email with their signing link. They need no account and no app.
- They open the link and, if you asked for checks, enter an access code or a 6-digit emailed code.
- They adopt a signature by choosing a style, drawing, or uploading an image. They click Adopt and sign.
- The date fills itself if you placed a Date signed field.
- They click Finish or decline with a reason.
- If the order is one after another, the next person gets their turn automatically.
- When everyone is done, the document is sealed. Everyone gets a signed copy by email, plus a certificate and proof trail.
If your document has an expiry date and someone misses it, you can extend the date or resend the document in one click. You can also ask the agent to remind people.
