The agent does the work. People do the signing. The agent can draft your agreement, place the signature boxes, and send it out for you once you approve. It never signs anything. Only you, or the people you send the document to, can sign.
Draft with the agent
Describe an agreement in a sentence. The agent drafts it, places the boxes, and prepares it to send.

Sign it yourself
Upload, sign, and seal a document on your own. Get the same proof as a multi-signer document.

How signing works from start to finish
1
Draft or upload
Start with a sentence to the agent, or upload a PDF, Word file, or image. The agent can also place boxes on an uploaded file for you.
2
Place fields
Drag and drop 13 field types onto the document. These include Signature, Initials, Date signed, Name, Text, Number, Checkbox, and file uploads. The date fills itself when the signer finishes.
3
Add people and choose order
Enter each person’s name and email. You can add up to 50 people per document. Set the signing order to “One after another” or “All at once.” You can also add approvers and people who get a copy, plus a personal message for each person.
4
Send or save as template
Review and click Send. Each person gets their own signing link by email. Or save the setup as a template to use again.
5
Track and follow up
Watch as people open and sign. Send reminders, extend the expiry date, or resend a document that expired. You can also ask the agent to check who still needs to sign.
6
Everyone gets a sealed copy
When the last person signs, the PDF is flattened and sealed. A certificate of completion, SHA-256 fingerprints, and a hash-chained audit trail are attached. Everyone on the document gets a signed copy by email.
What is proof, in plain words
An audit trail is a detailed history of everything that happened to a document. Who sent it, who opened it, who signed it, when, and from where. In Suresign, each entry in this history is linked to the one before it using a mathematical lock called a hash. If anyone tries to change a single entry, every lock after it breaks. That is what “hash-chained” means. A certificate of completion is a page that comes with every signed document. It lists the document title, every signer, the time each person signed, the fingerprint of the file, and the full history. Together these prove that the file you hold is exactly the file that was signed, and that no one tampered with the history.Plans at a glance
All plans include the full signing product, 13 field types, signer checks, reminders, the agent with monthly credits, and the proof layer. The person signing never pays anything and never needs an account.
