The agent is available on every plan, including Free. Press A (or Cmd+J / Ctrl+J) beside any document to open it.
Ask about a document
Open any document and ask the agent what is inside it. You do not need to read every page yourself. Example questions:- “What does clause 4 say about payment terms?”
- “Who is the first signer and what is their email?”
- “What is the expiry date on this document?”
- “Does this agreement include a non-compete clause?”
Ask about your whole workspace
You can also ask about everything in your workspace at once. This is useful when you have many documents and need a quick overview. Example questions:- “Who still has to sign?”
- “What expires this week?”
- “How many documents did we complete last month?”
- “Show me all NDAs sent to Northwind Studio”
The agent remembers facts about your workspace and the people you work with. The more you tell it, the more helpful its answers become.
Ask it to prepare a document
If you upload a PDF instead of drafting from scratch, the agent can still save you time. Ask it to place signature boxes, date fields, and name fields where they belong. Example:- “Place signature boxes for Alex Chen and Priya Shah at the end of the document”
- “Add a date field next to each signature”
Ask it to send, remind, or extend
You can give the agent tasks that change your documents. Examples:- “Send the offer letter to Jordan Lee now”
- “Remind Priya Shah every 3 days”
- “Extend the consulting agreement by one week”
- “Resend the NDA to Dana Lee”
- “Cancel the expired agreement”
Review the activity list
Everything the agent does is recorded. Open the Activity tab on the Agent page to see:- What the agent drafted or changed
- What it sent or reminded
- Which tasks you approved or declined
- Which tasks it asked you about first
Check the agent’s work
Before any document goes out, the agent runs its own checks:
If the agent finds a problem, it tells you on the card or fixes it before showing the result. This is extra safety, not a replacement for reading the document yourself.
