Suresign is an agentic workspace. A built-in AI agent works beside you in your workspace. It drafts agreements, places signature fields, sends documents you approve, answers questions, chases signers, and runs automations. Think of it as a signing assistant that gets smarter about your work the more you use it.

Where to find the agent

The agent is always one click or keypress away. On a phone, tap the + button in the tab bar to open the agent sheet. The same button also gives you quick links to upload, sign yourself, use a template, or jump to your chats.

What the agent can do

You type a sentence. The agent does the rest. Here is what that looks like in everyday work.

How it fits with sending and signing

The agent can do almost everything for you: draft the agreement, place the boxes, send it, and follow up. The one thing it never does is sign. Signing is always done by a person: you, or whoever you sent the document to. When you draft with the agent, it writes the agreement beside the chat and places signature boxes for each signer. A card appears that says Review and send. Nothing goes out until you press that button. When you upload a PDF yourself, the agent can still help. Ask it to place the boxes, set the signing order, or remind people later. Every action that reaches another person shows up on a card for your approval first.
The agent is available on every plan, including Free. You do not need to turn it on. It is already in your workspace.

Credits keep it running

The agent works on credits. Drafting and sending an agreement takes about 30 credits. Asking a question or sending a reminder takes a few. Every plan includes a monthly allowance: 100 on Free, 1,000 on Pro, and 5,000 on Business. Credits renew on the 1st of each month.
Running out of credits only pauses the agent. Sending and signing never stop, and nothing already sent is affected.
Learn more about credits on the Credits and plans page.
Ask the agent to do something right now. Start with a sentence like “Draft a consulting agreement with Alex Chen and Priya Shah.”
