# Suresign plans, billing, and document limits explained

> Compare Free, Pro, and Business plans. Learn what counts as a document, how agent credits work, how to change or cancel plans, and when refunds apply.

Suresign offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Business. Every plan includes the full signing product, the proof layer, and the built-in agent. Plans differ in how many documents you can send per month, how many team members you can invite, how many templates and open links you can create, and how many agent credits you get.

The person signing never pays anything and never needs an account. You pay for the workspace, not per seat or per signature.

## What counts as a document

One file you send out, however many people sign it. A consulting agreement that goes to Alex Chen and Priya Shah is one document, not two. A contract sent to five people is still one document.

## How limits work

When you reach your monthly document limit, everything already sent keeps working. People can still sign, and you can still download completed files. New documents wait until the month turns over or you move to a higher plan.

**Agent credits** renew on the 1st of every month. Running out of credits only pauses the agent. Sending, signing, templates, and everything else keep working normally. Nothing already sent is touched.

## What are credits

Credits are what the agent works on. Drafting and sending an agreement takes about 30 credits. Answering a question, looking something up, or sending a reminder takes a few. Every plan includes a monthly allowance:

Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.

## Change or cancel your plan

    Go to **Settings** > **Plan**.

    Moving up applies immediately, and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged. Moving down applies at the end of the period you have already paid for. Every document, template, and signature stays through a plan change in either direction.

    Cancel at any time from **Settings** > **Plan**, or by emailing [billing@suresign.si](mailto:billing@suresign.si) from your account address. There is no fee and no call. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

## Refunds

| Situation | What you get |

| Cancel within 7 days of your first payment | Full refund, no questions asked. Email [billing@suresign.si](mailto:billing@suresign.si). |
| Charged after cancelling | Full refund of the incorrect charge. |
| Duplicate or incorrect charge by us | Full refund of the excess. |
| We discontinue the service or a feature you rely on | Pro-rata refund of the unused period. |

Mid-cycle cancellations outside the 7-day window receive no refund, but you keep full access until the end of the paid period. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

## Signed documents stay valid

Cancelling your plan never voids a signature or a completed document. Your workspace moves to Free or becomes read-only so you can export everything.

## Taxes and invoices

Plans are sold through Polar as merchant of record. Tax is determined and added at checkout based on your country. Supply your GSTIN or tax number in billing settings and it appears on your invoice. Invoices are available in **Settings** > **Plan**, and a receipt is emailed on each charge.

  Download completed documents and certificates before closing a workspace. Closing deletes data after 30 days, and encrypted documents cannot be recovered.
