# Integrations: connect Suresign to Drive, Slack, Sheets, and more

> Save signed copies to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, tell a Slack or Teams channel when something is signed, and keep a row per document in Google Sheets.

Integrations send your documents to the apps your team already uses. Documents are signed in Suresign, then go only to the apps you connect. Open **Integrations** from the sidebar to see every app, what it does, and whether it is connected.

### Coming soon

Google Calendar, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, the Gmail add-on, the Outlook add-in, and Claude and ChatGPT show as **Coming soon**. Select **Tell me when it's ready** on an app's page to get an email when it ships.

Not seeing your app? [Tell us which one](https://suresign.si/contact). The most requested apps are built next.

## What happens on its own

Recipes are ready-made setups. Pick one, connect its app, and it runs on every new document.

  <Accordion title="File every signed copy">
    When any document completes, the signed PDF and its certificate are saved to the folder you pick in Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Each file is named with the document's title and the date it completed. You can also turn on a folder for each client, and choose whether the certificate is saved as its own file beside the PDF.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Offer letters that file themselves">
    When a document from the template you pick completes, it is saved in the person's own folder (for example, **My Drive / Candidates / their name**), and a Slack message says who signed with a link to it in Suresign.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Tell the team when it's signed">
    When a document completes or is declined, a message in Slack or Teams gives its title, who signed, and a link to it in Suresign. The document itself is never posted.

  <Accordion title="Every document in a sheet">
    When a document is sent, signed, completes, or is declined, its row in Google Sheets is added or updated with the title, people, status, and dates.

A new connection does nothing until you turn on a recipe or a setting.

## Connect an app

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the app's page">
    Go to **Integrations** and select the app.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect">
    Select **Connect**. Suresign lists what it will ask the app for before you sign in. Then sign in on the app's own page and approve access.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose what it does">
    Pick a folder, channel, or spreadsheet, and turn on the recipes you want.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Each app's page shows its recent activity. If a save or post fails, select **Retry** to try it again.

## Who can connect what

* **Admins** connect apps for the whole workspace.
* **Members** can connect their own Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive to pick files when adding a document, but only after an admin approves that app. Manage your own accounts in **Settings** > **Connected accounts**.
* A member can ask an admin to connect an app, approve it, or turn on a recipe from the app's page.

## Use integrations with the agent

The agent can see your connected apps and what failed in the last week. It can:

* Find PDFs and Word files in your connected storage and start a draft document from one.
* Save a completed document's signed PDF to storage, or post about it in Slack or Teams, right now.
* Turn on a recipe for an app that is already connected (admins only).

Saving and posting wait for your approval, like everything else the agent does that reaches outside Suresign. See [Staying in control](/agent/staying-in-control).
