<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What is Suresign and who is it for?">
    Suresign is an e-signature workspace with a built-in AI agent. It is for anyone who needs to get documents signed: freelancers, small business owners, HR teams, legal teams, and anyone sending contracts, offer letters, NDAs, or agreements. You do not need technical skills.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is it really free to start?">
    Yes. The Free plan costs \$0, needs no credit card, and includes 10 documents a month, the agent with 100 credits, and the full proof layer. Signers never pay and never need an account.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What counts as a document?">
    One file you send out, however many people sign it. A contract that goes to five people is one document, not five. The consulting agreement you send to Alex Chen and Priya Shah is one document.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do you charge per signature or per person?">
    Neither. One price covers the whole workspace, and you pay for how much you send. Signatures, recipients, and reminders are never counted.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does the person signing pay anything?">
    Nothing, and they do not need an account. They open the link in their email and sign on any phone or computer.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What file types can I upload?">
    PDF, Word file, or image. The file opens in the editor where you place fields.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What fields can I place on a document?">
    There are 13 field types: Signature, Initials, Date signed, Name, Text, Number, Checkbox, Dropdown, Radio buttons, Company, Title, Stamp, and file uploads. Date signed fills automatically when the signer finishes.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I set the order people sign in?">
    Yes. Choose **One after another** or **All at once**. With one after another, the next person gets their link automatically when the previous person finishes.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How many people can sign one document?">
    Up to 50 people per document. You can also add approvers and people who get a copy.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do signer checks work?">
    You can ask for an access code you share with the signer, or a 6-digit code emailed to their inbox. Five wrong access code attempts lock the link for 15 minutes. The emailed code is valid for 10 minutes and passing it is remembered for 12 hours.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What if someone does not sign in time?">
    You can send a reminder, extend the expiry date, or resend an expired document. You can also ask the agent to check who still needs to sign.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I save a document setup to use again?">
    Yes. Save it as a template. Free includes 3 templates. Pro and Business include unlimited templates.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is an open link?">
    An open link turns a one-signer template into a public link anyone can fill and sign. Free includes 1 open link. Pro and Business include unlimited.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do signers need an account?">
    No. They open the signing link from their email, adopt a signature by choosing a style, drawing, or uploading an image, and click Finish. They can also decline with a reason.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can names in other languages appear properly?">
    Yes. Names in Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, and more are shaped properly in the signed PDF.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is the agent?">
    The agent is an AI built into your workspace. It drafts agreements from a sentence, places signature boxes, prepares documents to send, answers questions about your workspace, reminds people to sign, extends dates, and runs automations.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does the agent send anything without me?">
    No. Every send waits on a card for your click. An admin can allow reminders and extensions to run on their own; nothing else can.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What are credits?">
    Credits are what the agent works on. Drafting and sending an agreement takes about 30 credits. A question, lookup, or reminder takes a few. Every plan comes with a monthly allowance, renewed on the 1st.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens when my credits run out?">
    Only the agent waits until the next month or a plan upgrade. Sending, signing, templates, and everything else keep working. Nothing already sent is touched.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is a draft from the agent legal advice?">
    No. A draft is a starting point. Read it before you send it, as the agent says under every one.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I ask the agent about existing documents?">
    Yes. Ask questions like "Who still has to sign?" or "What expires this week?" The agent can answer about any document or the whole workspace.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What are automations?">
    Automations are scheduled tasks the agent runs for you. Five kinds are available: chase unsigned people, act before expiry, weekly summaries, send copies, and reminders. They are available on Pro and Business only.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can the agent act on its own?">
    Only for reminders and extensions, and only on Business where an admin allows it. Everything else waits for your approval.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens when I reach my document limit?">
    Everything already sent keeps working: people can still sign and you can still download. New documents wait until the month turns over or you move up a plan.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I change plans later?">
    Any time, from **Settings** > **Plan**. Moving up applies straight away. Moving down applies at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I cancel?">
    Whenever you like, from **Settings** > **Plan**, with no fee and no call. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel within 7 days of a first payment, ask us, and we refund it in full.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do signed documents stay valid if I cancel?">
    Yes. Cancelling never voids a signature or a completed document. Your workspace moves to Free, or becomes read-only so you can export everything.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What payment methods do you accept?">
    Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Card details go to Polar directly and never reach our servers. We do not currently offer annual billing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I verify a signed document?">
    Go to [suresign.si/verify](https://suresign.si/verify) and upload the signed file. The result is Genuine, Changed, or No record. The file never leaves your device.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What sign-in options do you support?">
    Email and password, magic link, or single sign-on with Google, GitHub, and Microsoft. Optional two-step sign-in with an authenticator app and recovery codes.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if a signer enters the wrong access code?">
    Five wrong attempts lock the signing link for 15 minutes.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Are my documents used to train AI?">
    No. We never use the contents of your documents to train any model, ours or anyone else's.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if I sign in from a new browser?">
    You get an email alert. You can review all known devices in **Settings** > **Security** and revoke any you do not recognise.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is Suresign SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?">
    Not yet. Our security controls are real and independently checkable, but they have not been audited by a third party. We are honest about this rather than implying otherwise.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I report a security issue?">
    Email [security@suresign.si](mailto:security@suresign.si) with what you found and how to reproduce it. We acknowledge within 3 business days.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens to deleted documents?">
    Deleted documents move to the Deleted tab and stay recoverable for a window of time. The default is 30 days. On Business, an admin can set this to 1 to 180 days in **Settings** > **Deletion**. After the window, they are destroyed permanently.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I brand emails with my logo?">
    Yes, on Pro and Business. Go to **Settings** > **General** to add your workspace name, brand colour, and logo. You can also set a sender name and email footer in **Settings** > **Sending**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do contacts work?">
    Go to **Contacts** to see everyone you have sent documents to. Contacts fill themselves in from the people you actually send to. You can organise them into groups for faster addressing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What sections does my documents list have?">
    Your dashboard shows Needs you, In progress, Drafts, Finished, Declined, Expired, and Deleted. Documents other people sent you also appear, read-only.
  </Accordion>
